This St. Patrick's Day is a very special day for me...not because we are Irish, but because I married the most wonderful man on St. Patrick's Day!
*That's right....40 years ago today we were married! It just so happened to be March 17, 1969.
So let's celebrate! We'll have a margarita...

*Here we were for our 20th anniversary in Hawaii...the hairdo was downsized a bit more then... hmmm, is that the start of a double chin I see...

Our first trip together to Hawaii was also our for 20th... Then we went every five years until our sons decided to move back east for school. It has been 4 years since we have gone...together. My husband goes for work. He will be visiting you in Texas next week and Arizona this week,

Bo - there have been a few times since I've been blogging where I've read someone's profile, gotten to know and adore them and then realized that it's no coincidence that we've been brought together. You are one of those special people to me. Ever since I saw "Brown-Eyes" on your heading, I knew we would be friends. I told you before, that has always been my mother's nickname that my father gave to her.

I told my sister the other day that I'm noticin' all these little changes in my appearance, you may know what I mean, more lines, wrinkles, hair! One good thing is CD can't see that well close up anymore!LOL
