It was about 1:00 o'clock in the afternoon today when my doorbell rang...when I answered the door, the mail lady was gone...but there sat the biggest package!

I knew it was the wonderful giveaway I was lucky enough to win from sweet Shelia from Note Songs .... I'm telling you this box was huge! Look at the cute note card that FiFi Flowers made for Shelia...

*Wow, she wrapped all of these gifts in such pretty colors...it was a one woman party at my house! I knew I was going to tear open the aqua package FIRST...
*I was so anxious to get this beautiful pillow unwrapped...Shelia made this precious thing herself! Isn't it absolutely adorable!!

*Oh my, what is in the purple package...two embroidered linen tea towels...
they are embellished with buttons where you see the flowers...& I just loved the soft green color...they'll look perfect in my kitchen...
* Then I had to see what was in the pink round package....it is that Laura Ashley Tea For One...I love the dainty pattern on it...and even the box it came in is a keeper! Look at my new framed word that Shelia made with her own 2 little hands....is that not the cutest thing..."JOYNESS"...is what I feel....

*And my goodness...there is more....some delicious and I do mean DELICIOUS bon-bons!

*I just have to show off this rooster pillow one more time...Shelia embroidered every stitch and made this keepsake...I can't believe how lucky I was to be chosen by Mr. Randomizer that day!

I really laughed when you made your wine garden comment. I think those bottles are a hoot. At the same time I like them.
I gotta run, my sister is picking me up to have lunch with her and we are pricing her antique finds for her show this weekend. I love helping her and remembering when we used to do the shows together. She is alot younger than me so more power to her. That takes true grit to do those shows. These shows are in Atlanta. My sister in Atlanta does them with her. I do miss it though. We had so much fun in those days.

LOL Bo! I really did laugh! Referring to my blog entry about salt and pepper shakers, it must depend on who you talk to as if you should put the salt in one with more holes vs. pepper! I am a salt person so I say the salt should have more holes. My husband is a pepper person, so he says the opposite. Now does that help?
Truly, I have always thought the salt went in the shaker with more holes. Your thoughts?
