Here's mine...
Isn't this a pretty lady? She is MY favorite actress...
Here she is again...I think you have recognized the very talented Kathy Bates by now...

Hahahaaa....I've noticed we seem to run on the same tract a lot...maybe it's our AGE !!?!! lol
And, I've always liked Kathy B., too....
My FAVORITE Actor and Actress starred in the same movie TOGETHER!
They are Christopher Reeve (Superman, who died way too young) and Jane Seymour (Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman).
They starred in the MOST BEAUTIFUL movie ever...SOMEWHERE IN TIME. It was filmed on Mackinac Island, in Michigan...in 1979 and released in 1980. It's a go-back-in-time type of movie...and just LOVELY!!
Diane Keaton and Anthony Hopkins;) French
Morning girl! I love how Kathy Bates can tranform into any character! But my all time Favorite Actor is Jimmy Stewart hands down! Have a great weekend girl!
Bo, this a hard choice for sure. I so admire Kathy Bates. I do think I have to pick Meryl Streep. Did you see her in Mamma Mia? She can do anything including Broadway. And she can sing!
Good question today.
Hugs, Jeanne
Hi Bo, Kathy Bates is a great actress. I enjoyed the photos from her various roles. I'd like to see those movies again. My favorite actress is Meryl Streep. I think that she's gotten better with age.

Hey Bo, Kathy Bates is brilliant!!!, I'll get back to you on my faves ASAP. ciao, Kathy
You know it had to take a self confidence to hop in that hot tub naked. She's a great actress. I don't have a fave at the moment, but I do like Julian Moore and Meryl Streep. Meryl was fantastic in a Devil Wears Prada. I think Cameron Diaz is way overrated.
Ya gotta admire a woman of "a certain age and body type" for having the courage to bare-it-all. For me....I gotta go with my all time hottie Mel Gibson....he makes me drool!
My hubby was just talking about her in Misery. I have always LOVED her too. Fried Green Tomatoes is one of my all time FAVORITES :o)
She was something else in Misery wasn't she...and also loved Fried Green Tomatoes!
I think it takes lots of talent to be ablt to adapt to such totally different roles like she does.
Diane
Beaudine Gunch and Dustin Hooker hahahahaha, Daphne xx
She's one of my favorites, too! Didn't she play with John Travolta in the movie spoof of Bill Clinton's campaign? I cannot remember the name of the movie!

She's fabulous, Bo! I think the one in the cowboy hat is from Primary Colors. An absolutely wonderful actor!!
I've always loved Jimmy Stewart and watch anything he made.
One of my all time favorite actors passed away yesterday. Paul Newman was not only wonderful on screen, but he was a wonderful man!
Diane Keaton is one of my favorite actresses, too. Always enjoy seeing her movies.
Hello Bo, thanks for stopping by this morning. I always enjoy your comments. Have a great Sunday.

Bo, I forgot to tell you I am posting the award you gave me tomorrow. I am sorry it took so long. I am very honored to receive it from a person I admire. Thanks again.
Hugs, Jeanne
Ahh.. I love Kathy Bates!!! Great post!!! Hey, I hope you drop by my blog. You have been tagged!!
Katharine Hepburn...a classic woman of Hollywood yet with a mind of her own...4 academy awards won...12 nominations
she made "wearing slacks" and "no makeup" the new things to do
...played a great Jo in LITTLE WOMEN
One of my ALL-TIME FAVs was:
On Golden Pond (1981)--12th Oscar nom'n and 4th win--a record for an actress.
Died at 96yo(a tough old coot herself!...she called Henry Fonda an old coot in ON GOLDEN POND)
Good Morning Bo,
Kathy Bates is wonderful. I am not sure who my favorite would be. I guess Halle Berry. Halle is very versatile.

But don't let me shine a light in your darkness...keep on thinking I am skinny and that my "blonde highlights" are real! lol lol have a great day girl!
My favorite is Meryl Streep. Hands down! I have loved her since the first time I ever saw her. She can do anything, and I believe she is a fine person, too.
Hi Bo! I see we team up pretty well. It was so funny to see who my picture charater was LOL!!! And you with that cup of tea!!!
I love Kathy Bates too, there are several that I love, I'll have to think about it to come up with a favorite. Deb
Hey Bo!
I can see I'll be off the beaten path here but one of my absolute favorite actresses is Maggie Smith. And Rex Harrison has to be one of my favorite actors. They were in a wonderful movie together called The Honey Pot. Anyone else seen it?
Lisa & Alfie
p.s. Kathy is a kicker as well. Sassy and strong.
Good morning Bo, thanks for your visit and comment this morning. That story really does say it all. I'm glad you like it. Have a happy day.
