Angels Tread Amongst Us!

I have proof there are angels right here in Blogland! I want to tell you about 2 of them...
*
*
*
A few days before Christmas this card came from one of the angels inside the following gift...
*
*
And look what was inside the gift...
*
*
Look at this gorgeous ornament...as soon as I saw it, I immediately put it on my living room tree.. can you see the word "Hope" on the front?
*
*
And look at this precious Demdaco "Loving Angel" that will watch over me everyday on my computer desk...
*
*
This cute little sack held some hot chocolate mix with candy cane stirs which got gobbled up Christmas day...yum!
*
*
And my DH & I both blubbered like babies when we opened this package!
The sentiment on this keepsake is so touching...(click on the picture to enlarge it)
*
*
Who in Blogland would have sent us such a heart warming gift? Who crossed the miles to think of us, 2 people she has never met? Who has such a generous spirit & loving heart...so many of you know her as the witty & charming....
~Tardevil~ @
Confessions of a 40-something Mama Queen
She is the first angel I want to tell you about....
Thank you angel Tar!
*
*
*
Do you remember the 5 weeks of generous giveaways by Suzanne @ Coloradolady ?
Well, I was her final winner & wow, what a package I received...It was so large & special...we didn't open it until Christmas morning...I let DH open it since I kind of knew what was inside because she showed the contents on her blog...
*
Now look at this...Bath set called Winter Frost...with Shower Gel, Bath Crystals, Bar Soap & Body Lotion all in this darling little felt bag...
*
*
And all of these flavored coffees to enjoy for weeks to come & this tin of Holiday Spice Tea!
*
*
Oh boy, oh boy...another cute Santa to add to my collection!
*
*
And look at this snowflake ornament...it has the prettiest winter scene on it...
*
*
Suzanne even included a Holiday puzzle to enjoy for the cold winter nights ahead...
*
*
Check out this cute, cute metal sign...In Texas we have to beg snow to come & hang out a welcome sign for it...LOL
*
*
Look at this pretty plaid fleece throw...we may not get snow often, but it does get cold... This will be getting lots of use...and aren't those little red felt envelopes to hold letters to Santa such a sweet idea...
*
*
Okay...I saved the BEST part for last...Do you know what's included in this cute Christmas card?
A one week stay in Suzanne's own private cabin in the glorious Colorado mountains...
Can you believe that!!! My DH & I are thinking about the 3rd or 4th week of June...
We are THRILLED...by the way, if you are interested in a "cool" vacation this coming summer, Suzanne does have weekly rentals available...just go to her website.
Thank you angel Suzanne!
*
Well, there you have it...my proof that angels exist in Blogland...but you already knew that, didn't you? Thanks for visiting my blog today....

Good morning Bo, I decided to get the jump on you today. Smile. Your gifts from Tardevil are wonderful. I did enlarge the pic and the card and words were very moving. I want to say lucky you but after reading about the next gift, 'lucky' hardly describes a week in Suzanne's cabin. You are blessed. I am so excited for you both. My wheels are turning Bo. What if we rented one of Suzanne's cabins while you are there? We plan to spend time out west this summer. LOL. Far fetched but possible maybe.

Hugs...Jeanne

I am a new reader at your blog but already love it and look forward to visiting each day. Your gifts are inspired. I love the one about angels as I heard this morning that the ball that falls in TimesSquare on New Years is glass prisms with angels on each one. There are angels all around us.
