- As the saying goes "the road ahead of me is much shorter than the road behind me" and I hope to experience all the joy, peace and love that exists in this wonderful life. I was married to the sweetest, kindest & gentlest man on God's green earth for 41 years until he passed away August 2010. We have one grandchild, Evan, who gives meaning to our lives. His father and our only child Chad is in Heaven as of 2000.
